New features

  • Implementation of the Helpdesk module:
    • Deployment of the customer support system allowing the creation and management of your tickets.  
  • Opening tickets via web interface:
    • Clients can now submit their requests directly through our extranet platform. Ariovis ensures efficient and centralized tracking of queries.
  • Accessible from your phone:
    • Your platform is directly accessible from your phone, either through your browser or via the Odoo app. Never lose track of your tickets again!
